What You'll Do

Drive Sales: engage with potential members, explain benefits, and close membership sales

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients

Manage Studio Operations: help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours

Promote Orangetheory: participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership

Motivate and Inspire: be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (preferred)

1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)

Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced dynamic environment

Team player with strong work ethic and multitasking ability

Passion for fitness

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Required Availability
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts.
