Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual performance objectives
Deepen and develop client relationships through personalized communication, handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails
Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels and capture customer data through discovery
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories to anticipate client preferencesOptimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique, personalized experiences
Perform operations, visual merchandising, after care, and inventory control duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience with a proven history of driving sales
Engaging client interaction skills and strong written, verbal, and listening communication
Ability to anticipate client desires, excellent time management, and a service-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to build client loyalty and drive repeat business
College-level education preferred
