Growth Designer & Video Editor for Performance Marketing

23andMe Research Institute is seeking a hybrid Growth Designer & Video Editor to join their performance & growth marketing team. This role requires a creative individual who can produce direct-response assets for platforms like Google, YouTube, and Facebook, driving customer engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a similar role, mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and a strong video editing mindset. You will be responsible for producing 20-30 creative variants each month while analyzing performance metrics and iterating designs accordingly.
