We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production staff in a fast‑paced environment. Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM

Education: No degree required

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel

Monitor workflow to ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved

Train, coach, and evaluate production employees

Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to optimize operations

Maintain accurate production records and reports

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
