Technical Services Account Executive, Technology Staffing
3+ years staffing industry experience preferred. Austin, TX market (fully remote). Candidates should be located in Austin or surrounding communities and willing to attend client meetings, networking events, and monthly company gatherings. Relocation assistance may be available for exceptional candidates.

Our client is a highly respected Texas-based staffing and recruiting firm specializing in Technology, Finance & Accounting, HR, Sales & Marketing, and Executive Search. We're hiring a Technical Services Account Executive to expand the company's technology staffing footprint throughout Austin and beyond while building strategic relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and technology decision makers.

What you will do:

Develop new technology staffing business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and executive relationship building

Grow contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, consulting, and retained search opportunities

Manage client relationships from initial prospecting through placement and ongoing account growth

Partner closely with recruiters to fill client requirements and maximize delivery success

Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations

Leverage existing company relationships and executive introductions to expand revenue opportunities

Participate in local technology organizations, networking groups, and industry events

Build market share throughout Austin while supporting nationwide growth initiatives

What we're looking for:

Proven hunter mentality with a passion for business development

Experience selling IT staffing, technology recruiting, or technology consulting services

Strong relationship-building skills with executives and hiring managers

Ability to create opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Highly motivated, self-directed, and competitive personality

Strong ethics, accountability, and values-driven decision making

Comfortable working remotely while remaining highly visible in the local market

Desire to grow into larger leadership responsibilities over time

Required skills:

Business development and sales expertise

Technology staffing industry knowledge

Negotiation and consultative selling skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities

CRM proficiency and sales pipeline management

Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting teams

Required education, training, experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2+ years professional sales experience required

Staffing industry experience strongly preferred

Technology staffing experience highly preferred

$65,000 - $75,000 base salary

6-month non-recoverable guarantee/draw

Uncapped commission structure

Realistic first-year earnings of $130,000 - $150,000+
