Internet Sales Lead

Your Responsibilities

Support the sales pipeline by responding to online customer inquiries and providing standard information to support the sales process.
Communicate promptly through approved channels (email, live chat, phone, 1-800 numbers).
Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
Provide timely, accurate information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives to customers.
Enter, track, and update customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes and inventory.
Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic distribution of marketing materials and maintain up-to-date product and community offerings.
Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs.
Work assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
Assist the Internet Sales Manager (ISM) with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Participate in key team meetings on behalf of the ISM, capturing notes and action items.
Relay information for the Internet Sales Team and follow established protocols for routine inquiries.
Support administrative tasks such as preparing, distributing, and tracking reports, communications, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience in sales, preferably with telephone and real estate experience; prior lead or senior role preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and support team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.
Physical ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
