About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Senior Professional - Global Brand Design & Art Direction

to join the Global Brand Design team. This role will support the ACG Studio Design team in delivering world-class creative storytelling and brand experiences across multiple consumer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a passionate designer with strong outdoor industry experience, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in campaign design, art direction, and creative execution.

Working within a multidisciplinary design team, you will collaborate closely with Lead Designers, Art Directors, Brand Marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to create compelling brand narratives that inspire consumers and elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Design Excellence
Deliver high-quality creative assets that align with brand storytelling objectives.
Support Lead Designers and Art Directors in developing innovative design solutions across campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
Execute design concepts across graphic design, art direction, motion, digital, and experiential platforms.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency across all creative deliverables.
Brand Storytelling
Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Help elevate the overall quality and craft of brand design outputs.
Present creative ideas and design solutions with confidence and clarity.
Collaboration & Partnership
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Brand Marketing teams, Narrative Leads, Retail Design, Digital Design, Production teams, and external agencies.
Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, highly creative environment.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Innovation & Trend Awareness
Stay informed on trends across outdoor culture, fashion, design, photography, film, art, sport, media, and emerging technologies.
Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to creative projects.
Required Qualifications
Experience

Minimum

5 years of experience in Brand Design, Art Direction, or Creative Design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, visual storytelling, and creative execution.

Proven experience working on

outdoor industry creative campaigns , including:

Hiking
Trail Running
Outdoor Adventure
Seasonal Outdoor Campaigns

Experience working with leading outdoor brands such as:

The North Face
Arc'teryx
Patagonia
Columbia Sportswear
Similar outdoor lifestyle or performance brands

Demonstrated expertise in:

Brand Design
Art Direction
Graphic Design
Campaign Development
Visual Storytelling
Creative Concept Development

Software & Tools
Figma
Keynote
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Design teams.
Experience supporting ACG (All Conditions Gear) campaigns.
Background in performance, sport, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
Experience creating integrated consumer experiences across digital and physical channels.
