We are currently seeking a Brand Experience Director to join us in our Indianapolis facility. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Head of Brand Experience, supporting the strategic planning and execution of Cadillac Formula 1® Team's brand experience initiatives across trackside hospitality, off-track events and internal experiences.

You will help deliver best-in-class experiences that strengthen partner relationships, support commercial growth, elevate brand perception and foster employee engagement. Working cross-functionally across Commercial, Partnerships, Marketing, Communications and Operations, you will assist in the development and execution of year-round programs that bring the Cadillac Formula 1® Team brand to life while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

Off-Track Experiences & Events

Support the development and execution of a year-round off-track event strategy that contributes to commercial growth, relationship building and brand awareness

Manage the planning and execution of partner dinners, prospect events, executive engagements, fan-facing experiences and hospitality activations

Assist in coordinating strategic hosting opportunities around major sporting, cultural and entertainment events

Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and extend the Cadillac Formula 1® Team brand beyond race weekends

Internal Events & Team Culture

Support the execution of internal events designed to strengthen team culture, employee engagement and organizational alignment

Coordinate company meetings, leadership summits, employee celebrations and team-building initiatives

Partner with Human Resources and Leadership teams to deliver experiences that reinforce company values and support team development

Operational Excellence & Department Support

Support annual budget planning, forecasting and reporting processes across the Brand Experience function

Manage relationships with venues, vendors, hospitality partners and external stakeholders

Assist in developing operational processes, planning tools and best practices that support department growth and efficiency

Partner with the Head of Brand Experience on cross-functional planning efforts to ensure alignment across key business functions

Support the measurement and reporting of event performance, guest satisfaction and partner engagement metrics

Act as a trusted day-to-day partner to the Head of Brand Experience, helping drive execution across all areas of the department

Trackside Hospitality & Partner Experiences

Support the planning and execution of trackside hospitality programs, including Team Hospitality, Paddock Club, garage experiences, executive hosting and partner activations

Partner with the Head of Brand Experience to develop hospitality standards, guest journey frameworks and service models that deliver world-class experiences across every race market

Collaborate closely with Commercial, Partnerships and Marketing teams to support revenue generation, partner retention and business development objectives

Assist in overseeing accreditation, guest management, gifting, transportation, accommodations and VIP hosting operations across race weekends

Support the delivery of hospitality programs that align with brand standards and create meaningful value for partners and stakeholders

What do we need from you?

5–8+ years of experience in hospitality, events, experiential marketing, sports marketing or partnership activation

Experience supporting premium hospitality programs, VIP experiences and large-scale events

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience managing vendors, budgets and event logistics

Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service

Flexibility to travel and support events outside standard business hours when required
