BigIron is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead a team of Equipment Sales Representatives across Wisconsin.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Coach and manage your sales team.

Ride along with reps in the field to improve performance and close business.

Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.

Set performance expectations and hold reps accountable to goals.

Review pipeline, activity, and results with each team member.

Support reps in securing listings and managing large or complex sales.

Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry contacts.

Identify opportunities to grow territory coverage and revenue.

How You Will Work

Field-based leadership role with regular travel across Wisconsin.

Direct management of both employees and independent sales representatives.

Hands‑on coaching, ride‑alongs, and in‑person team development.

Work from a home office when not in the field.

Pay And Role Details

Full‑time employee.

Base salary: $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience and market knowledge.

On‑target earnings: $130,000 to $180,000+ based on team performance.

Bonus based on team revenue and performance metrics.

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience.

2+ years of experience leading or coaching a sales team.

Proven ability to drive revenue and develop sales talent.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage performance and hold a team accountable.

Comfortable working in a performance‑based role tied to team results.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Experience

Background in agriculture, equipment, or rural markets.

Experience managing territory‑based or outside sales teams.

Experience working with independent contractors.

Existing relationships within the Wisconsin ag community.
