We are currently partnering with a globally recognized entertainment, media, and consumer products company on a search for an advertising Sales Director focused on either Automotive or Toys categories.
This is a high-impact commercial role for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who thrives at the intersection of media, content, advertising, and brand partnerships.
OVERVIEW
- Own and grow advertising revenue across Automotive or Toys categories
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Leverage premium content, digital media, and multi-platform marketing solutions to drive business growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both agency and client stakeholders
- Partner closely with internal teams across Sales, Creative, Data, Ad Operations, Insights, and Finance
- Opportunity to represent a portfolio of globally recognized intellectual property and consumer brands
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute category-specific sales strategies across Automotive or Toys
- Develop direct relationships with senior marketing leaders, media decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders
- Cultivate and expand partnerships across major agency holding companies and independent agencies
- Negotiate integrated advertising partnerships, sponsorships, branded content initiatives, and programmatic opportunities
- Identify new revenue streams and category growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving media consumption behaviors
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of digital media, advertising sales, brand partnerships, or business development experience
- Proven success driving revenue growth within Automotive and/or Toys categories
- Strong relationships across agencies, marketers, and category decision-makers
- Deep understanding of the media, advertising, content, and digital marketing ecosystem
- Experience navigating complex organizations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly proactive and hands-on
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of building and growing business
