Our client is a rapidly growing organization seeking a highly skilled Paid Media & Automation Specialist to drive lead generation, funnel optimization, and marketing automation initiatives across multiple brands. This is an opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on performance metrics, conversion optimization, and building scalable systems that generate measurable business growth.
This is not a social media content posting role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, marketing funnels, CRM automations, and lead nurturing systems that directly impact revenue and sales performance.
Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Create and manage retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Allocate advertising budgets and identify opportunities for scale.
- Assist with expansion into additional platforms including Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
Funnel Development & Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize landing pages designed to maximize lead conversion.
- Create complete customer acquisition funnels from ad click through appointment booking.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
- Improve conversion performance through continuous testing and optimization.
- Integrate forms, scheduling tools, CRM systems, and lead capture processes.
Marketing Automation
- Develop automated email, SMS, voicemail, and lead nurture campaigns.
- Build and maintain workflows within GoHighLevel and related marketing platforms.
- Create lead routing and follow-up systems that support sales and appointment-setting teams.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, attribution, and funnel metrics.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
- Identify trends and opportunities through performance analysis.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve lead quality and marketing effectiveness.
Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with leadership and creative teams on campaign development.
- Develop testing frameworks for offers, messaging, and creative assets.
- Identify winning campaigns and scale successful strategies.
- Continuously optimize underperforming campaigns through data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Proven success generating leads through paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
- Experience building landing pages and automated marketing workflows.
- Knowledge of attribution, tracking pixels, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience managing six-figure advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and performance marketing.
- Creative testing and optimization experience.
Highly Preferred
- Mortgage, financial services, or regulated industry marketing experience.
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
- Experience supporting appointment-setting or sales-driven organizations.
- Advanced CRM automation and workflow development skills.
- Experience utilizing AI tools and automation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, funnels, and campaigns simultaneously.
