Inside Sales Representitive

Position Overview

LKQ Corporation is hiring a Sales Representative to promote and sell automotive replacement parts to new and current customers. The role includes customer service, order processing, and business development. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities

Provide detailed information on warranties, pricing, part quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
Complete internal documents supporting transactions such as credits, invoices, work orders, interchange, and returns.
Prospect and build relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and other relevant information.
Advise customers on part substitutions or modifications when requested parts are unavailable.
Perform order entry and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; dispatch orders as required.
Follow up with customers as needed and assume additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Preferred Requirements
College coursework or degree.
Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
Skills & Abilities

Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) across units of measure.
Capacity to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs.
Basic computer proficiency.
Effective oral communication and ability to write brief messages.
Ability to explain routine procedures and follow clear directions.
Ability to prioritize routine tasks and work independently with minimal guidance.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Primarily sedentary work requiring extended sitting and computer use.
Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds.
Periodic travel, including possible overnight stays, depending on the position.
