Whatyou'llown
Own and manage theServiceNow product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, service outcomes, and strategicroadmap
Translate stakeholder requirements intoclear, high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
Driveprioritization and sprint planningwith engineering teams, balancing technical debt, enhancements, and business demand
Leadstakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and value delivery across business units
EnsureUAT, release readiness, and quality governanceare consistently applied, supporting successful adoption and minimal disruption
Whatyou'llbring
Abachelor's degree plus 5+ years ofrelevantexperience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Proven ServiceNow Product Owner or BA experience in a large enterprise environment
Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment
Experience working inAgile environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and prioritisationframeworks
Experiencefacilitatingrequirements workshops and stakeholder sessions at senior level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to decompose complex business problems into deliverable platform solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to present confidently to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-changing enterprise environment with competing priorities
