What You’ll Do

Lead a team of technical solutions specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight to ensure high-quality service for client onboarding, integration, and ongoing needs.

Act as the senior technical point of contact for strategic clients, participate in high-level customer meetings, and manage complex technical discussions across all stakeholder levels.

Oversee end-to-end project management for client implementations and custom integrations — from discovery to delivery — ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to capture, translate, and prioritize client requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive internal initiatives to optimize workflows and documentation through AI-driven tools and automation, and proactively resolve blockers that may impact team or project performance.

Run SQL queries, evaluate code samples, and support data validation efforts to accelerate solution development and ensure alignment with client goals.

Own the process of defining and delivering stream tests, technical integrations, and tailored solutions, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
