Key responsibilities:
Engage reporters with care, ensuring their information is handled confidentially and their experience is prioritized
Conduct guided interviews with callers, asking relevant questions to accurately document their experiences
Assist with special projects and maintain schedule flexibility in a 24/7 operational environment
Required qualifications:
Outstanding customer service skills with a strong focus on results
Emotional resilience to remain composed in distressing situations
Weekend availability, with a commitment to work at least one weekend day per week
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and proficiency in MS Office
