Key responsibilities

Manage multiple campaigns from concept through final delivery, ensuring timely execution within 5-35 day timelines
Coordinate with internal creatives and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless production logistics
Maintain efficient workflows and quality control standards using project management tools and file management systems

Required qualifications

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in creative asset production for advertising or digital marketing
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work, with a portfolio required
Strong creative judgment and post-production expertise
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
