Virtual Vocations Inc is hiring: Junior Producer in New York

To support a short-term project, the contracted Junior Producer will manage the execution of specific corporate deliverables remotely, ensuring successful completion within a total of 3 hours while collaborating with internal stakeholders and maintaining quality control.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end execution of one specific deliverable, managing timelines and resource alignment
Work closely with the facilitator and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and execution
Review final materials to ensure they meet project requirements and incorporate requested revisions

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience as a producer on corporate projects, preferably in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration
Fluency in English and French
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting
Ability to adapt quickly in a creative environment and meet strict deadlines
Familiarity with Google Enterprise tools, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus
