Director of UX & Design Strategy

Framework Ventures is searching for a Director of Design to define the vision for their popular consumer app, 1Weather. The director will lead and mentor a dynamic team of UX designers, ensuring cohesive user experiences across all platforms while also driving innovation.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of proven UX/product design experience, at least 3 in a leadership role, and a strong portfolio showcasing their strategic and tactical design skills. The role promotes user empathy, continuous learning, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
