Overview
Jump 450, headquartered in New York City, is a leading player in customer acquisition and media buying. We are offering a 100% remote Paid Search Associate position. Base salary: $65‑85K, with a range of $70K‑$80K per year, plus performance‑based bonuses.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Jump clients and Acquisition Managers to develop testing roadmaps that meet client KPIs, analyze historical data, spot trends, opportunities, and problems, and respond proactively to exceed client goals.
Help organize and support campaign setups, optimizations, reporting, and analysis focusing on improving Direct Response results across growth marketing channels.
Fulfill executional responsibilities on client accounts (building campaigns, QAing keywords, etc.).
Analyze campaigns and create performance reports to share with external client stakeholders.
Measure and monitor key performance indicators for paid media campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years experience in paid search media buying/performance marketing agency.
Superb organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
Experience using Google Workspace.
Experience with project management and BI reporting tools a plus.
