As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the "Just Do It" mindset to life, serving like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them — from living rooms to locker rooms — to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in the store.

We work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment across store zones, supporting diverse consumer needs. The goal is to deliver the ultimate Nike store experience and contribute to the team’s collective success.

Lead with service : understand and obsess the consumer’s needs, guiding them to gear that elevates performance.

Fuel the day’s momentum : know the product, honor details, keep the store sharp, hit goals, and move with purpose.

Work Hours and Physical Requirements

Flexible schedule ; available to work retail hours, day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

Physical requirements : ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time (with or without accommodations).

Compensation
The starting hourly rate is $18.50.

Must be at least 18 (U.S.).
