Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high‑traffic community events.
Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover customer needs through effective communication.
Market our unique products to a diverse audience.
Generate high‑quality sales leads and schedule free, in‑home consultations for the sales team.
Educate potential customers on our industry‑leading window and door solutions.
Use persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step.
Attend monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
Conduct final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony upon completion.
