About the Opportunity
K?STA I.T. is partnering with an industry leading financial services and banking firm to identify a Contract Marketing Manager Wealth Management to provide temporary coverage during a planned leave of absence. This individual will serve as a project manager and consultative marketing partner focused on maintaining continuity across active wealth marketing initiatives, affiliate alignment, and internal marketing asset management.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives with minimal ramp‑up time.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management

Manage and coordinate active wealth marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets remain on track.

Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day execution across marketing, wealth leadership, and partner teams.

Track priorities, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or escalation items.

Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.

Cross‑Affiliate Marketing Integration

Partner with cross‑affiliate marketing teams to integrate wealth management messaging into broader client‑facing campaigns.

Ensure wealth initiatives align appropriately with enterprise campaign objectives and brand strategy.

Serve as a consultative resource regarding affluent and high‑net‑worth client considerations.

Wealth Marketing Asset Management

Build and maintain a centralized internal wealth marketing resource page (such as SharePoint) to support colleague education and campaign alignment.

Ensure marketing assets remain current, compliant, on‑brand, and easily accessible to internal stakeholders.

Identify gaps, outdated materials, or duplication and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Strategic & Consultative Support

Provide practical, execution‑focused guidance related to campaign planning, messaging, and marketing materials.

Support planning sessions, working meetings, and reviews with marketing and wealth management partners.

Maintain consistency with existing marketing strategies and frameworks rather than creating new enterprise marketing architectures.

Out‑of‑Scope Responsibilities

Major rebranding initiatives or full‑scale marketing strategy redesign

Long‑term organizational or team restructuring

Permanent vendor selection or multi‑year budget planning

Deliverables

Ongoing maintenance of project plans, timelines, and status documentation

Organized and updated wealth marketing materials library

Cross‑affiliate coordination and campaign alignment documentation

Transition notes and recommendations at the conclusion of the contract engagement

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of marketing experience within financial services environments

Experience supporting wealth management, private banking, or affluent client segments

Proven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder marketing initiatives

Working knowledge of wealth management products and regulatory considerations

Strong communication, organizational, and consultative partnership skills

Ability to operate independently within an interim or contract engagement

Wealth marketing initiatives continue progressing without disruption

Strong alignment between wealth campaigns and broader enterprise marketing efforts

Marketing assets remain centralized, current, and accessible

Stakeholders experience continuity and confidence throughout the engagement
