Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager role based in the Greater Kansas City Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting clients with sustainable recycling solutions. Daily tasks include managing account portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customized solution advice, and working collaboratively with internal teams to support clients in achieving their operational goals.
Qualifications
Experience in customer relationship management, client support, and account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Business development skills, including identifying opportunities and meeting sales or service targets
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
Experience in recycling, sustainability, or environmental services is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable
