Alongside the millinery brand, our world also includes the growing fine art career of artist Ty Hays, creating a unique intersection of fashion, art, travel, hospitality, design, and storytelling.

About The Role
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Malibu flagship.

We are seeking an exceptional relationship builder, salesperson, and hospitality-minded professional who is excited by luxury experiences, beautiful products, meaningful client relationships, and the opportunity to help build a growing founder-led business.

This is not a traditional retail management position.

The ideal candidate loves people, loves sales, loves creating unforgettable experiences, and is energized by being part of a small, ambitious, family-run company. You will work directly with founders Teressa Foglia and Ty Hays and become a key representative of both brands.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences in-store, virtually, and through ongoing client outreach

Guide clients through bespoke hat consultations, customizations, and ready-to-wear purchases

Build long-term relationships with collectors, VIP clients, stylists, designers, and repeat customers

Manage client follow-up and cultivate repeat business through thoughtful clienteling

Assist with fine art sales and collector relationships for Ty Hays

Coordinate appointments, custom orders, and special projects

Maintain showroom presentation, inventory, and daily operations

Support events, exhibitions, private shopping experiences, trunk shows, and brand activations

Identify opportunities to improve client experience and increase sales

Assist with social media, partnerships, community engagement, and special projects as needed
