In this role, you will:

Market new & renewal business to carriers

Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms

Build strong carrier relationships

Partner with producers & account managers on placement strategy

Track market trends and carrier appetite

Qualifications

Agency or carrier underwriting experience

Strong analytical & negotiation skills

Commercial coverage knowledge

Relationship-driven, detail-focused professionals

License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
