Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise combined with user-centered design experience to build modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless user experiences

Build reusable front-end components using modern web technologies

Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into high-quality production code

Ensure applications meet accessibility and inclusive design standards

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance

Incorporate user feedback and iterative design improvements into development cycles

Utilize AI-powered development tools to streamline coding and design workflows

Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, design trends, and best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Front-End Development

2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design

Strong proficiency in Figma

Expert knowledge of:

HTML5

CSS3

JavaScript

CSS preprocessors such as Sass/Less

Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and productivity tools such as:

GitHub Copilot

ChatGPT

VS Code AI tools

Similar AI-assisted development platforms

Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

Experience with user-centered and iterative design methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to quickly adapt to new financial services products and technologies

Preferred Skills

Experience working in financial services or banking domain

Familiarity with responsive frameworks and modern front-end libraries

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments
