About the Role
Sigma Beauty is seeking a growth-focused Marketplace & Digital Growth Manager to oversee and optimize our marketplace presence, with a strong emphasis on Amazon, while driving performance across paid media and SEO channels. This role will be responsible for marketplace growth through listing optimization, advertising strategy, SEO, brand protection, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts, Amazon advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and advanced SEO strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive traffic, improve conversions, increase organic visibility, and grow revenue across multiple ecommerce channels.
In addition to Amazon, this role will support additional marketplace platforms as needed and oversee advertising initiatives across Amazon, Google, Meta, and AdRoll.
This is a growth‑oriented role with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance and business impact. Starting salary is $75,000, with a formal compensation review planned after 6–12 months.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage Amazon and additional marketplace accounts, including new item setup, listing maintenance, variation management, and account health.
Optimize listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, images, and SEO to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
Monitor and resolve listing issues, suppressed content, case logs, unauthorized sellers, MAP violations, and brand protection concerns.
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies through SEO, keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and AdRoll, including budget management, audience targeting, retargeting, and performance optimization.
Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and organic rankings to drive strategic improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and overall marketplace growth.
Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to improve traffic, profitability, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts and ecommerce operations.
Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Advanced SEO expertise with demonstrated success improving rankings, traffic, and conversions across ecommerce and marketplace channels.
Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization, keyword strategy, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and catalog management.
Experience addressing unauthorized sellers, MAP violations, brand protection initiatives, and account health issues.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and implementing growth strategies.
Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing Amazon marketplaces preferred.
Beauty industry or ecommerce brand experience preferred.
