Professional Program Manager (Executive Coaching & Executive Leadership Development)

Responsible for managing components of cross-functional programs that support business performance, operational efficiency, and executive talent development initiatives.
Applies foundational knowledge of program management methodologies to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting activities
for leadership development and executive coaching programs . Collaborates with program leads and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals, timelines,
and high‑quality, well‑coordinated, cohesive experience for participating leaders .
Responsibilities
Support the strategic, cohesive delivery of executive talent coaching programs, including intake coordination, engagement tracking, and overall experience management for executive and senior leaders
Manage strategic and operational aspects of executive leadership development initiatives, supporting planning, coordination, and execution across offerings aligned to executive leadership capability priorities
Partner with internal stakeholders and external coaching providers to coordinate schedules, milestones, deliverables, and program communications
Prepare executive‑ready updates, insights, and materials, applying sound judgment to navigate ambiguity, evolving requests, and competing priorities in a senior‑leader environment
Plan and execute cross‑functional programs that contribute to business transformation and operational improvements
Develop program schedules, track milestones, and coordinate resources to meet defined objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals
Apply established governance practices, tools, and reporting templates to monitor program progress
Identify and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior program leaders
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated program delivery
Prepare program documentation, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholder communication
Contribute to business case inputs, data analysis, and scenario planning activities
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, internal controls, and governance standards
Participate in continuous improvement and change readiness initiatives within program teams
Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Support the adoption of program management tools and best practices
Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure program coordination and business readiness
Participate in cross‑functional meetings and contribute to program planning discussions
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant program management experience, supporting cross‑functional programs
Proficient in coordinating program activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
Knowledge and understanding of program lifecycle phases, governance structures, and the role of program management in strategic execution
Experience with supporting program leads in milestone tracking, risk identification, and preparation of executive‑level reports
Advanced knowledge of program documentation, issue tracking, and change control processes
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project to support program visibility, reporting, and decision‑making
Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement practices and cross‑functional communication strategies
Basic skill in analyzing program data and synthesizing insights to support leadership decisions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Professional Certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification)
Experience working in a cross‑functional business environment
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with leaders at multiple levels of the organization, including executives
Experience supporting executive coaching, leadership development, or talent management programs
Experience coordinating work with external vendors or professional service partners
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when supporting senior leader requests
Project management experience supporting complex, cross functional initiatives, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
