To design an online version of the three-credit course MPA 501: Organizational Dynamics and Management, the part-time Adjunct Online Course Developer - Organizational Dynamics will develop an asynchronous course plan and content, collaborating with the Office of Educational Technologies in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Create an eight-module asynchronous online course development plan
Generate online content, including recorded lectures, assignments, and assessment rubrics
Work with the instructional design team to implement the course in Canvas, ensuring ADA compliance and best practices
Required qualifications
Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) or Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing online learning experiences or teaching online
Understanding of contemplative pedagogy
Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression
Familiarity with Naropa education and leadership preferred
