We’re partnering with a growing organization to find a

Digital Platform Manager

to join their Marketing Technology team. This role will be hands‑on in managing and optimizing the company’s eCommerce platform while collaborating cross‑functionally to enhance the digital customer experience and drive online revenue.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day website and eCommerce operations, including integrations and third-party tools
Manage, upload, and maintain website content; edit and proofread contributions from internal teams
Maintain WordPress and WooCommerce environments including themes, plugins, and updates
Support order flow, payment processing, and shipping coordination
Monitor site performance and conduct routine QA checks
Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts
Manage product listings including images, descriptions, categories, and metadata
Ensure pricing accuracy and optimize the checkout experience
Execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
Partner with IT to maintain site security, backups, and updates
Review site data, logs, and assist with database updates or migrations
Support SEO/SEM efforts to improve visibility and traffic
Analyze performance data and customer behavior to drive improvements
Contribute to eCommerce planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ADA, data privacy, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:

Hands‑on experience managing WordPress and WooCommerce sites
Strong understanding of themes, plugins, and backend functionality
Experience with page builders such as Elementor is a plus
Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and customer journey optimization
Familiarity with payment gateways, shipping setups, and tax configurations
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals
Understanding of website security best practices (SSL, updates, etc.)
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams
Curious, adaptable, and eager to test and improve
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

or

equivalent hands‑on experience
3–5+ years of experience in web administration, eCommerce, or digital platforms
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or PHP
Experience with email marketing tools or automation platforms is a plus
Experience integrating third‑party tools (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) preferred
Prior experience launching or scaling WooCommerce stores is a strong plus
