Digital Platform Manager
Department: Public Relations
Responsibilities
Manage The Hub end‑to‑end, including platform configuration, taxonomy, navigation, governance and analytics.
Manage daily technical operations and support of over 200 contributors of content.
Maintain a prioritized product roadmap; partner with IT and vendors on enhancements, integrations, and accessibility (WCAG).
Establish standards for publishing, ownership, archival and review across departments; reduce stale content.
Use analytics, search data and user feedback to continuously improve findability and engagement.
Train and support content owners across the organization; build templates and self‑service tooling.
Report on usage, search behavior, content performance and roadmap progress.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of digital platform, intranet or web product management experience.
