Associate Photographer – Greensboro / Winston Salem, NC
CoStar Group is a leading global provider of real estate information and online marketplaces. This role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by collecting high‑quality visual media for residential properties.

Responsibilities

Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro 3 cameras for homes and apartments.

Photograph residential listings for marketing purposes.

Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management.

While away from a property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real‑estate data coverage and identify new inventory.

Adhere to CoStar safety standards to protect vehicles and equipment.

Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting in a vehicle and standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day.

Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 5 pounds.

Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and camera operation.

Bend, stoop, squat, lift, twist, and carry as necessary.

Drive outdoors in all seasons and work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience (real estate photography preferred).

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong customer‑service mindset and client‑first approach.

FAA Part 107 drone‑pilot license obtained within 30 days of hire.

Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.

Strong oral and written communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.

Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record required before start.

Compensation
Hourly rate with monthly performance‑based bonuses. The base annualized salary is approximately $50,000.
