About the Role

The Senior Global Product Manager will play a key role in advancing a global portfolio of externally sourced and co-developed products. This individual works closely with global downstream and upstream marketing teams to drive portfolio prioritization based on market, competition, and portfolio knowledge.
Working across a highly matrixed organization, this role partners with marketing, R&D, external partners, and project teams to identify market opportunities, shape product positioning, and deliver impactful launches.
Work Mode

Hybrid model requiring presence in the local office at least three days per week.
Your Responsibilities

Drive prioritization and execution of externally sourced and co-developed product initiatives across global markets; lead communication of product launches and updates with global, regional, and franchise leadership.
Act as central liaison with global and regional marketing leadership for the external portfolio; provide regular updates to franchise leadership.
Support upstream and downstream marketing to determine customer segmentation and product positioning.
Participate in global key opinion leader VOC/congress meetings to gain insights and formulate clear insights.
Identify new development opportunities through external innovation partners; contribute to new product proposals and tactics to global market teams.
Contribute to commercialization activities, supporting key decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in upstream/innovation roles in the medical device industry.
Experience working with external partners for product development; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, multi‑cultural environment.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
Flexibility to operate outside traditional working hours.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into action.
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or similar).
Proven track record of contributing to successful product launches or portfolio growth.
Strategic thinker with bias for action and innovation.
