Senior International Relationship Manager
Responsible for leading relationship management in International (Central and South America), focusing on client acquisition, wallet share growth, and business development initiatives in Mexico.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationship management for International region.

Drive growth of assets under management, deposits, and loan production.

Develop and execute business development initiatives in Mexico.

Cross-sell banking, investments, and fiduciary services.

Serve as quarterback for client teams, operating independently.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary initiatives with ambiguous issues.

Maintain balanced, cross-functional perspective to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years experience in International Wealth Management.

Multilingual with excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish.

In-depth knowledge of doing business in Mexico and related protocols.

Proven success in business development initiatives in Mexico.

Experience in client acquisition and existing client relationships that can transition to Northern Trust.

In-depth functional/industry knowledge.

Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
