About STMA Schools:

We serve over 6,300 students and employ 850 staff in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district includes one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1‑4, two middle schools for grades 5‑8, and one high school for grades 9‑12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

The Assistant Musical Director will collaborate with the Musical Staff to select, rehearse, and perform the STMA musical. Responsibilities include developing a rehearsal schedule and working with the director to ensure a successful production.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 3:30‑5:30, plus some evening/weekend performances.

Stipend Starting Salary Range:

$2,776 to $3,050

Benefits:

No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
