Inside Sales Coordinator – Venco Venturo
Venco Venturo is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team and help drive our continued success. This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long-term growth of Douglas Dynamics.

How You Will Contribute
The Inside Sales Coordinator is a sales support‑focused role that contributes to our continued growth. This role supports both sales and marketing functions, with a strong emphasis on customer interaction, order processing, and internal coordination. It primarily focuses on customer communication, order management, and supporting the sales process, while also contributing to select marketing initiatives.

This is not a quota‑driven sales position, but a role centered on coordination, customer support, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, customer‑focused, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while being a key part of a fast‑moving, team‑oriented environment.

Sales & Customer Support (Primary Focus)

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution

Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer needs, solve customer related issues, and keep the sales process moving smoothly

Generate quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate records in internal systems

Manage and route incoming leads by logging, routing, and connecting them to the appropriate sales team members

Support day‑to‑day sales operations by providing high‑quality administrative and coordination support to the sales team to keep processes running efficiently

Marketing & Event Support (Secondary Focus)

Assist with maintaining website content and company social media channels

Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and meetings including logistics and materials

Support marketing initiatives that promote brand awareness and customer engagement

What This Role Needs

High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years of experience in professional customer service, inside sales, or administrative support

Experience in a B2B environment with phone and email communication preferred

Experience with CRM, quoting, or order entry systems is preferred

Familiarity with social media or basic marketing support is preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
