We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator with strong attention to detail who is ready to learn more about analytics, campaign management, email marketing and paid media. This is the right role for someone early in their career who’s seeking experience in a fast‑paced startup environment. The right candidate will view this as an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time. The role will sit on the Growth Marketing team that has direct accountability to lead and pipeline targets and works in lockstep with Partnerships, Content, Brand, and Events to bring programs to life.

What You’ll Own:

Build HubSpot landing pages, forms and emails and interpret results of open/click rates

Validate and ensure accuracy of HubSpot lead and deal data

Manage and optimize email banner campaigns via email signature tool

Work alongside agencies and contractors for graphic design and paid media, requesting graphics and handing off assets to paid media contractor

Create email and ad copy with the assistance of Claude and the content team

Analyze weekly performance data and surface insights to the marketing team for fast decision making

Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness

Experiment with AI tools like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, generate ideas and create marketing assets

What We’re Looking For:

1‑3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup environment

1‑3 years of HubSpot experience

Experience in one or more of the following: paid media, email marketing, conversion rate optimization

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field

Experience with project management tools like Asana

Basic understanding of paid media, web analytics, email campaigns, or related digital channels

Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Claude

Knowledge of marketing funnels and KPIs like CPL, pipeline, revenue, etc.
