Overnight Remote IT Helpdesk Agent

NTT Data Americas, Inc. is looking for a Helpdesk Agent to support our Montgomery, Alabama operations on an overnight shift from 6 pm to 6 am CT. This position is remote but requires candidates to live in the continental US.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and must possess strong IT skills and proficiency in Windows operating systems. Availability and a dedicated workspace are essential for this role.
