We're partnering with a fast-growing biotech company seeking a

PhD scientist

to join its commercial team in a Business Development Manager role focused on product and services.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career scientist looking to move from bench research into a business-facing role, with strong training, global exposure, and genuine progression potential.

What you'll do

Engage prospective customers and identify commercial opportunities.
Support negotiations and help secure contracts.
Attend conferences and trade shows.
Work with marketing to support brand awareness.
What we're looking for

PhD in pharmacology, immunology, biology, or a related bioscience field.
Hands-on wet lab and direct research experience.
Mouse model experience.
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in transitioning from science into business.
Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
BD or industry experience is

not required.
