You have passion for brand creativity and look to grow the industry recognition with an iconic global brand.What You’ll Do:Partner with the VP, Communications to maximize brand visibility for Jimmy ChooDevelop and execute comprehensive strategies around new products, campaigns and events to drive editorial coveragePitch products and feature stories to new audiences across National, Regional and Digital OutletsOversee and manage all sample trafficking – liaise with editors, stylists and influencers regarding trafficking of samples for send outs across North and South AmericaPlace all seasonal and special project sample orders, track and maintain PR budgetFoster open communication with editors as well as all Jimmy Choo boutiques, retail and wholesale office staffOversee editorial clippings and social tracking, providing weekly and monthly reports to London (or as required)Maintain key databases for press outreach and special events, including press, VIPs, and all local marketsSchedule all press appointments for seasonal press presentations in MilanAct as project manager on all PR events, including regional press daysWork closely with retail teams on new launches, product focuses and initiatives to support the priorities of our organizationHandle all press requests for the Creative Director, as neededResearch and identify opportunities for the brand within the communications spaceOwn senior level relationships with editors, stylists and influencersPartner with Latin American partners and Licensees to provide support where neededYou’ll Need to Have:Bachelor’s Degree5 years of public relations and editorial experienceEstablished industry/editorial relationshipsExperience in the retail/luxury marketCommunications skills- including speaking and writing about the brand in a compelling wayGood presentation skills and confidenceWe’d Love to See:Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to cope well under pressureThoroughness and problem-solving skillsExcellent time-management skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time with strong ability to prioritizeJimmy Choo Perks:Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday CalendarSummer FridaysInternal Mobility Across BrandsCross-brand DiscountExclusive Employee Sales401k MatchPaid Parental LeaveThrive Wellness ProgramCommuter BenefitsGym Discounts—The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
