Brand Training Manager — Elevate Guest Experience

Workstream is looking for a Training Manager for Uncle Julio’s brand in the U.S. to lead the development and execution of brand-specific training programs. This role ensures new initiatives and operational standards are effectively communicated and executed.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the restaurant industry, be creative, and possess strong project management skills. Responsibilities include designing training content across various formats and conducting training sessions both in-person and virtually.
