We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor who will oversee the team members on the production lines. This role will support our iconic Baby Ruth Butterfinger, and or Nutella Peanut brands. The Production Supervisor supervises manufacturing operations and supports staff with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and sanitation. This role reports to the Production Manager and will support the execution of the production plant by leading the line team in operational activities. You will be the point person during your assigned shift and ensure that the necessary tools, supplies, and equipment are available and properly utilized to perform production tasks effectively. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring that our quality standards and continuous improvement enhance our production efficiency while taking things to the next level.**Schedule:****3rd Shift:** 9:30p-6a

Must have flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis
