Deliver outstanding customer support in German (phone, email, chat)
Resolve customer enquiries with empathy and efficiency

Maintain high satisfaction and quality standards
What we’re looking for
Native or near-native German (C1/C2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Open to relocating to or working remotely from Greece
