PNNL Content Management Opportunity
At PNNL, our core capabilities are divided among major departments that we refer to as Directorates within the Lab, focused on a specific area of scientific research or other function, with its own leadership team and dedicated budget.
The Office of Performance Management is comprised of a team of experienced professionals responsible for PNNL's performance management framework with expertise and thought leadership in contractor assurance, requirements and records management, quality, independent oversight, and audit services. The team prides themselves as innovative problem solvers that partner with scientists, engineers, and support professionals to enable the planning, execution, assessment, and improvement of work at PNNL. This office provides the people, processes, and tools to independently assure ourselves, the Department of Energy (DOE), and Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI) that PNNL is performing as intended, appropriately managing risk, amplifying impact, and continuously improving.
The Requirements & Records Management Division at PNNL is responsible for ensuring that prime contract requirements are effectively deployed and communicated to all staff through well-defined processes, systems, and tools. We help PNNL operate in compliance with all necessary requirements and maintain high standards of information management.
Requirements Management: Helps programs analyze and document all applicable requirements, whether imposed by laws, contracts, or internally developed business rules, and associate them with appropriate implementations (e.g., training, procedures, systems).
Prime Contract Management: Coordinates, manages, and publishes all contract changes. Additionally, our team oversees the tracking and management of all formal correspondence and associated actions, including incoming and outgoing communications and contract deliverables.
Content Management: Facilitates the creation and management of Lab-level requirements-based content (e.g., policies and procedures) by translating legal and scientific terminology into plain language instructions. Our team also supports the planning and management of hazardous activities, so that work is performed safely and in compliance with requirements.
Records Management: Provides consulting and support services to help staff capture, organize, retrieve, use, archive, and appropriately dispose of key information and records.

It may also include other special assignments to work with teams across the Requirements & Records Management organization.
