Position Overview
At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker that connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world’s greatest games. The EA team is driving the strategy and implementation of important initiatives for EA’s players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play. These initiatives include the EA app and franchise‑specific webstores.
Responsibilities
Build bespoke experiences: You’ll build high‑impact, personalized “red carpet” moments that excite users to engage with the EA app. From day‑one onboarding to long‑term mastery, your work will be the heartbeat of our engagement, retention, and monetization experiences.
Collaborate cross‑functionally: Drive cross‑functional and studio alignment with CRM, Marketing and Game Teams to deliver cohesive event and communication plans tied to key in‑game and regional moments.
Experiment: Design and execute A/B tests on engagement features, reward structures, and notification strategies to optimize player lifetime value (LTV).
Qualifications
Experience: 3‑5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within gaming.
Domain Expertise: Translating user behaviour and desired business results into ideal user experiences/journeys.
Analytical Rigor: Metric definitions, analytical tooling and interpretation of complex behavioural data and trends.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical or data insights into actionable strategies for both creative and technical teams.
Pay Transparency – North America
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $120,600 – $184,000 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full‑time employees.
