Collections Team Lead - KPI-Driven Customer Experience

TPR Toyota Credit de Puerto Rico Company is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily operations in Collections and Loss Recovery. The Supervisor will ensure effective communication with delinquent customers and develop strategies to maintain delinquency and loss ratios within targets.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-10 years of experience in collections, and is proficient in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
