To support a growing team, the full-time SEM/PPC Specialist will manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns for homebuilders across North America while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta
Handle budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting, and creative to ensure efficient campaign performance
Analyze website analytics and campaign data to identify trends and improve performance
Required qualifications:
1-3 years of experience running campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, or a related channel
Comfortable working with data, including spreadsheets and pivot tables
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio is a plus
A genuine drive to grow, learn, and improve in digital advertising
A four-year degree is preferred but not required based on experience
