Our client is an internationally operating company in the consumer healthcare space, with a strong growth ambition in the German market. The organization is currently evolving towards a more data-driven and commercially focused setup, with marketing playing a key role in driving brand performance and market expansion.
In this context, the company is looking for a motivated and hands‑on marketing professional who is eager to contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and external partners, supporting the growth of established brands while helping to unlock new opportunities – particularly in digital and eCommerce channels.
In this role, you will act as a key operational support to the Commercial Head DACH, ensuring the effective execution of trade and customer marketing activities across the region.
Support the day-to-day commercial management of the brand portfolio across DACH
Execute and coordinate trade marketing activities, primarily across e-pharmacy and wholesale channels
Ensure promotions, listings, and product content are implemented accurately and on time with key partners
Collaborate with e-pharmacies, wholesalers, and retail partners to optimize product visibility (“shelf & screen”)
Support the execution of pricing and promotional initiatives
Create, adapt, and maintain sales and marketing materials
Track and monitor campaign and sales performance, supporting reporting and forecasting activities
Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, regulatory, operations) to ensure smooth execution
Ihr Profil 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, trade marketing, or e‑commerce
Experience in consumer health, OTC, or medical devices is a strong advantage
Exposure to e‑pharmacy, wholesale, or retail environments is highly desirable
Hands‑on mindset with a strong focus on execution and getting things done
Structured and reliable way of working, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively take ownership of tasks
Commercial mindset with an interest in customer‑facing activities
Fluent in German and very good English skills
A hands‑on role with direct impact on commercial execution in DACH
