Location Requirement

We believe innovation thrives in person. This role is based in our Palo Alto office (five days a week unless otherwise specified) to foster collaboration and a strong team culture.
About the Role

We're seeking a sharp, ambitious Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our entire social media presence. You'll leverage the latest AI agents and technology to produce distinctive, engaging content that tells Hippocratic AI's story across LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. This is a rare junior role with a significant scope: you will build our TikTok brand from scratch, generate compelling LinkedIn and X content, amplify our CEO's voice, and ensure our product launches and achievements reach the right audiences. You'll work closely with our Chief Communications Officer and collaborate with teams in marketing, sales, customer success, and design to amplify the best stories from across the company.

What You'll Do

Build AI-Driven Support: Work with our AI agent teams to streamline cross-functional social media tasks so you can focus on high-impact creative work.

Own the Social Calendar: Plan and manage a unified content calendar for LinkedIn (company + CEO), TikTok, and X. Stay ahead of key milestones and react quickly to opportunities.

Amplify CEO's LinkedIn Presence: Create posts in the CEO's voice, manage the publishing schedule, monitor engagement, and highlight key interactions with guidance from the CCO.

Launch & Grow TikTok: Build Hippocratic AI's TikTok from scratch—developing original content, producing short-form video, and collaborating with creators and clinicians to expand reach.

Manage LinkedIn & X: Drive consistent posting, maintain an authentic voice, monitor conversations, and engage with relevant topics in real time.

Source & Tell Great Stories: Collaborate with sales, customer success, and clinical teams to identify and develop content reflecting customer wins, product milestones, team highlights, and cultural moments.

Engage Influencers & Industry Voices: Identify and coordinate partnerships with creators, clinicians, patient advocates, and thought leaders to amplify our story.

Create On-Brand Content: Design graphics in Canva and Figma, edit videos natively or with tools, and write compelling copy. Work closely with the design team to ensure consistent branding.

Support Wider Comms & Marketing: Assist in drafting sales collateral, one-pagers, and other communications assets; contribute to design and editing as needed.

Measure, Analyze & Report: Track performance, learn from data, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Must Have:
3-5 years of social media experience at a brand, agency, or startup (internships included)

Native fluency in LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, with knowledge of each platform's best practices

Strong writing skills and an understanding of distinct brand and executive voices

Ability to design in Canva and Figma, producing high-quality graphics and templates

Video production and editing skills on mobile or other lightweight tools

Excellent project management—able to run calendars, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver quickly

Action-oriented mindset and sound judgment—able to act fast on trends without compromising brand values

Proficiency with social analytics and listening tools (Sprout, Brandwatch, native analytics, etc.)

Genuine curiosity about healthcare, AI, or both

Nice to Have:
Experience launching TikTok or other short-form video channels from scratch

Relationships with healthcare creators, clinician influencers, or AI commentators

Past experience supporting an executive's personal brand

Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industry communications
