Our client, a rapidly growing consumer products company, is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, product launches, and portfolio growth across multiple brands. This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who enjoys owning the full brand lifecycle- from positioning and go-to-market planning to retail execution and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and execution across multiple brands
- Drive product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
- Partner with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to develop impactful marketing programs
- Create sales, retail, and trade marketing materials that support business growth
- Analyze consumer, market, and sales data to identify opportunities and inform strategy
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels and touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand management, marketing, or related experience
- Proven experience managing brands from strategy through execution
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills
- Experience with product launches, trade marketing, and creative development
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in a regulated, compliance-focused, or highly structured industry is a plus
- Background in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred
